2024 LCP Update

The City of Marina’s Local Coastal Program (LCP) is a crucial land use planning document that establishes the guidelines for coastal development and resource protection within the City’s coastal zone. Currently, the City is undertaking a comprehensive update to the LCP, which involves refreshing both the Land Use Plan and Implementation Plan.
